Police Bomb & Arson investigators have been looking into a wary package that was found outside Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Productions Inc. studio in Chicago. The studio is where Oprah films her show, where a security found a dark-colored backpack with wires lingering out of it in a flowerbed outside the studio around 6:20 a.m. on Friday (July 31). The package did not blow up and thankfully no one was injured, and there was no need at the time to evacuate the studio. Chicago Police News Affairs Officer JoAnn Taylor says, “It’s an ongoing investigation.”
